After placing your order, the team at “Hiba Creations” makes sure that your order is processed immediately. Once the stock check is completed, your order is confirmed and is ready to be shipped. The average shipping time is between 2 to 4 working days all over Pakistan.

After we hand the parcel to the courier team, they call you at your provided contact number to ensure that you are present at the billing address at the time of the delivery.

Please bear in mind that if the item(s) on your order list is not up to the standard or unfit for delivery, the team will not ship your products or will partially ship it.  You will be notified through an email or a phone call if the shipment is delayed due to unknown domestic reasons.
