5. Return & Replacement Policy

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Hiba Creations may offer a replacement subject to the following conditions:

• Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• All accessories, tags, and packaging materials must be returned with the product.
• The returned product will be inspected before approval of replacement.
