Product Availability:

All our designs are beautifully designed and are the hot trend in Pakistan. If you are interested and want to buy a product that is currently not available or sold, then contact us to know if it will restock or not. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.

Information on our site:

We always try to put an accurate picture of every jewelry piece. Some jewelry pieces might look smaller or larger than the original size to give you a close look. Also, the viewer views the image according to the screen size you are opening a photo at, so it may vary from computer to computer. You can also zoom in and out the picture accordingly.

Online Refund Policy:

Hiba Creations aim to satisfy their customers by delivering a quality product. We only replace the parcel if it is damaged or is not in good condition. We will replace your order within 7 days of the delivery date. The shipping charges will be deducted from the amount. The product should be in its original condition and safe within the box to get a replace. So do not ruin your parcel until you are satisfied. A sales receipt accompanies all the replace.

Hiba creations will not be responsible if the products get lost or damaged.

The package should be in original condition and have not been used.

Exchange Policy:

We also offer exchange policy accompanied by purchase receipt. The shipping cost will be deducted from the exchange amount, and you have to bear the delivery charges again. We offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery on the following conditions:

• The product is not used.
• The receipt is available and safe within you.
• The product you want to exchange should be the same price as your product. Hiba Creations will not refund any amount.
• You cannot exchange sale items.

Payment Options:

We give the best option of cash on delivery as it is the safest method to deliver a product. Cash on delivery builds your trust that you can check your order and then pay.

Delivery Time:

We take orders for the products in stock and take 2-4 days to deliver your order. We dispatch the order on the day you place your order.

If your ordered product is not in good condition or slightly damaged, the shipment might take more days.

We use different delivery services, i.e., Pakistan post, TCS, and M&P.
