Exchange Policy

Returns

Hiba Creations is very strict about its return policy. The product is only returned if it has a major manufacturing defect. All the items are carefully checked before they are sent to customers to ensure that your product is in perfect shape.

Exchange

Any product that has been purchased from the online website, is eligible for exchange within 7 days or purchase. However, the acceptance of the product for exchange/refund is contingent upon the following conditions:

  • The purchased is in unused condition and its original packaging and receipt is available. The product will first be inspected by the Hiba Creations team before any final verdict has been given.
  • The product tag should be intact.
  • Original purchase receipt is available.
  • Exchange is only applicable for an equivalent value of another product. No credit amount will be issued and no amount will be refunded if the exchange is done for a product of a lesser value.
  • Items purchased during sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Purchased item is only exchanged once.

Online Exchange

If you wish to exchange the items you purchased you can do it within 7 days of receiving them. The customer will have to bear the cost of sending the return item back to Hiba Creations as well as the delivery of the item being sent an exchange.

The procedure for online exchange is described below:

  1. You will have to reach out the customer service support through email or telephone and provide the following information:
  • Your ordered reference number
  • Reason why you want to exchange the product
  • The code of the item you wish to receive in exchange

After some due diligence our team will confirm if you’re still eligible to exchange the product and will provide you with an exchange reference number.

However, keep this in mind that the team will only send the exchange product after the inspection of the real product sent back toHiba Creations warehouse.

  1. You can send an ERA product to the warehouse which is located in Gujar Khan.

Please make sure to send the product in a proper packaging because we would not be responsible for any kind of damage done to the product during transportation.

  1. Once the item you sent is inspected and the new product will be sent to you through our partnered courier agency. You will have to pay the shipping charges and any difference in amount for the exchanged item.
